Well Feministas, I must admit, I never thought my new found religious-like devotion to SNL (for reasons previously divulged here) would pay off like it did this past Saturday with the brilliant queerness of Kristen Stewart.
Say what you will about SNL – I get it – it’s a cheeky sketch show that misses the mark a lot (I’m looking at you “Friend Zone” sketch from two weeks ago). But Kristen’s monologue on Saturday was just perfection, pure gay perfection!
I mean, come on!
And just when you thought the monologue couldn’t get any better, Kristen drops the f-bomb on live TV and Kathryn’s face is priceless!
But don’t just take my word for it, I would encourage you all to take this opportunity to watch the full monologue (or if you’re like me, watch it for the third time) because it is giving me life ladies!
I have to quote Autostraddle.com on this one “SNL took this glorious opportunity to turn a typical Totino’s pizza rolls ad into a documentary about what actually happens when Kristen Stewart shows up at your house unexpectedly (essentially Blue Is The Warmest Color with less spaghetti).” AND I’M DEAD!
So I’ll be a devoted SNL fan for the rest of my days if there is more of this to come.
Thanks for listening babes and stay angry!
